when creating an order, you must pass a phone number or email or contactId, i.e. phone email or client ID. Nothing without this.
Those. you don't have to send phone number and email if you send user ID in box. Or you can simply send either a phone number or an email, if you don’t send them at all, then it makes no sense, why do you need an empty contact
