Component «Google Docs»

The component provides flexible creation, editing, and automation of documents directly within the Google Docs environment integrated with OneBox OS. It allows you to generate commercial offers, invoices, contracts, acts, and other documents based on templates with data substitution from orders, processes, or customer cards.

Setup and Usage

1. Registration and Connection:
   • Register a project in Google Console.
   • Enter the obtained credentials (Client ID, Secret, etc.) into the application settings in OneBox OS to activate the integration with Google Docs.
2. Creating Templates:
   • Go to the “Document Templates” module.
   • Create a new template or select an existing document.
   • Add variables for automatic data filling from processes, orders, or customer cards.
3. Using Google Docs:
   • Save the template and send it to Google Docs for further editing or collaboration.
   • Use ready-made templates to quickly create documents without manual copying or data entry.
